POSITION: CBX (Customer Experience Associate)

Overview:
Our goal at CycleBar Markham is to provide the best experience

for our members and surrounding community. As a CycleBar

Experience Associate you will not only drive the experience of the

member and the club, but also help drive daily sales. We are

looking for passionate individuals who have great customer

service and rapport, excellent communication skills, and are

driven to succeed to be part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-of-the-line service to all new and existing riders.Execute the sales and Cyclebar experience for first-time

riders, including follow-up, presenting membership/package

optionsWork collaboratively with studio management and franchise

ownerParticipate in special events (health fairs, grand openings,

marathons, community and hospital events) to promote the

club and our services
- Participate in outside marketing initiatives (dropping of

flyers, coupons and raffles to local businesses)Continuously develop and refine selling skills.Uphold and promote CycleBar brand standards and

initiatives

**Requirements**:
Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.Genuine hospitality and a passion for people
- Ability to problem solve and think on your feetGoal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets for

memberships and retail.Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system

(training provided)Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and goals
- Ability to in multiple environments and switch quickly

between them (Cycle studio, phones, member issues,

marketing etc)Flexibility for a non-traditional schedule, including some

holidays, early mornings, and weekends

Physical Requirements:
Ability to move bikes and perform minor bike maintenance.Willingness to clean the CycleTheater, bathrooms, lobby, etc.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
