Art Gallery Assistant

FEIART is a newly established art company that operates local galleries, represents contracted artists, runs art trading platforms, offers art projects, art courses, and more. We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Gallery and Art Project Assistant to join our team.
**Responsibilities**:
- File documents and organize records.
- Support project management tasks, including project tracking and coordination.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct research and analysis to support business development and growth initiatives.
- Maintain strong communication and positive relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Assist in planning social events and art exhibition.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Arts Management, or related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Experience in writing project proposals and project plans is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Art-related background is preferred.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- White Rock, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
