What you'll be doing
Reporting to the Senior Director, Workday Solution you will lead the design, administration and delivery of Workday enhancements and roadmap functionality across Human Capital Management (HCM), Time Tracking and Absence. The Director is a strategic leader and advisor, partnering closely with HR Policy and business teams, Technology partners and 3rd party vendors to drive operational efficiency and enable delivery of core HR program offerings with excellence. You will provide leadership, oversight and guidance to a small team of internal Workday Consultants and cross functional leadership on initiatives.

How you’ll succeed-
- Design and optimize - Lead the design, configuration, implementation and maintenance of changes and enhancements in Workday. Thoroughly gather, document and socialize requirements and ensure full testing including regression of all changes to mitigate downstream impacts. Identify opportunities to unlock the value of Workday through ongoing adoption of new features and enhancements.-
- Relationship management - You act both autonomously and collaboratively. Your forge and leverage strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to turn good ideas into great outcomes. Proactively engage and communicate with key stakeholders, networks and partners to gain diverse perspectives, share information and build alignment on strategies and plans.
Who you are- You can demonstrate 5+ years of experience and knowledge of HR systems, processes, and policy related to Absence and Time Tracking programs, ideally using Workday. You also bring a focus on business process development/continuous improvement, business/data analysis, testing, solution delivery, consulting/advisory experience in roles with progressive levels of responsibility.- Your influence makes an impact.
