Laboratory Clerk

Maison Riviera is looking for a Laboratory Clerk to complete its team.

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the holder of this position provides administrative support for the quality team.

**Main tasks**:

- Manage, scan and organize files, documents and recordings
- Enter data in relation to different analysis results and reports
- Perform various laboratory analyses:

- pH
- Viscosity
- Titratable acidity
- Cooking test
- Composition analyzes with FoodScan and Lactoscope, Bombing, Syneresis
- Monitor good manufacturing practices in production
- Clean the laboratory and cell refrigerators
- Participate in different projects both in the quality department and with the R&D and Continuous Improvement departments
- All other related tasks

**Training and skills required**:

- High school diploma
- One (1) year of experience in food production
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite
