Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc is a medium sized provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel, courier delivery, and warehousing services.

Frontier is seeking a Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator in our North York location to support our Client and Customer service needs. As a Dispatch/Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing requests from customers, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer expectations, while accurately tracking various shipment pick-ups to their final deliveries. The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment is critical. Execution of job duties will require a team-oriented individual that is customer service focused, and able to obtain a strong knowledge of systems and vendor capabilities. This individual will be an integral part of the coordination of transportation and operations for FrontierSCS contractors, company drivers and customers.

This is a permanent full time role from Monday to Friday. Shifts will be 7.50 hours in duration and may vary between the hours of 7am to 5pm.
- Main responsibilities:_
- Communicating with our Warehouse Manager and Drivers on the status of our Clients inbound and outbound freight.
- Help with projects such as researching options or opportunities.
- Performing daily tracking and coordination activities.
- Assist warehouse team as needed.
- Skills desired:_
- Excellent Customer service skills are required.
- Experience with external & internal Customer communication.
- Ability to problem solve in a timely manner.
- Ability to multitask.
- Time management, can prioritize & action.
- Ability to get work done well & accurately.
- Experience with courier/city dispatching required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent computer skills. Can learn software easily.
- Education in Supply Chain Logistics or Warehousing are assets.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.

**Salary**: $38,000
