Coach

**Duties**:

- Provide coaching and support to individuals in a behavioral health setting
- Develop and implement personalized coaching plans based on individual needs and goals
- Assist individuals in developing skills for managing conflicts and resolving issues
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for individuals
- Maintain accurate documentation of coaching sessions and progress

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in behavioral health or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish rapport and build trust with individuals
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques
- Understanding of child development and childcare practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
