Working with the corporate Information Technology team located in Iroquois, the IT Leasing & Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the end of lease process, asset retrieval activities, reporting on IT leased asset inventory, and the renewal of hardware maintenance contracts. You will be part of a core team that directly contributes to Ross Video’s success

**What the job is all about**:

- Facilitates the procurement of equipment and ensures leased asset tracking is accurate in IT asset management system.
- Maintains processes for leased asset management lifecycle.
- Ensure required leasing documentation is obtained and processed in a timely manner.
- Coordinates the deployment, return, buyout, or disposal of leased assets.
- Tracks and recovers equipment from Ross Video staff, contractors, and freelancers.
- Renews and tracks hardware maintenance on all IT related hardware.
- Conducts quarterly audits to ensure accuracy of asset data and reporting.
- Tracks and ships hardware to remote sites and users as requested.
- Adheres to licensing processes to support corporate license compliance.

**Who you are**:

- General knowledge of PC and Apple hardware and associated peripherals
- Working knowledge of asset management/software license tools such as Quest KACE
- Previous experience managing leased equipment contracts is considered an asset.
- Organized, thorough, and very detail orientated.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to adapt and accelerate in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented but able to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Travel between Ottawa and Iroquois when required
