**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Supervise maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret schematics and develop maintenance strategies for low voltage systems and logic controllers.
- Conduct regular assessments of equipment performance and reliability to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to prioritize maintenance activities based on production needs.
- Lead project management efforts for maintenance-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and labor hours.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in using CMMS software for planning and tracking maintenance activities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Familiarity with low voltage systems, schematics, and logic controllers is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting equipment issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
