Job Description: Customer Service Team Member will greet and provide food and beverage services to our guests in the restaurant. This position will assist the service team with providing excellent food and beverage services to our guests while maintaining high quality standards for the restaurant’s cleanliness and overall presentation standards. The position will also assist with inventory control, food preparation, portioning, preparation of ingredients, and daily cleaning procedures. The position will also assist with training new and existing service team members as well as assisting with other restaurant duties as assigned by the manager/owner. This position will be located in the kitchen area of the restaurant and will require the individual to wear a mask while in the kitchen area to prevent mold exposure. Molds are commonly found in kitchens, so proper mask usage is required. The temperature of the kitchen area is usually around 120 degrees under normal conditions, so proper clothing and equipment must be able to withstand this temperature. The final day of training will consist of on-the-job training which includes working with customers, maintaining a positive attitude, following instructions regarding food preparation and sanitation, using equipment such as slicers or cutters, using cash register functions, and other duties as assigned by the manager/owner. This is a part time position that can be worked any number of shifts per week or until desired level of training is achieved. Pay: $16.65 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
