**YOU LOVE TO**:

- Manage client financing requests,
- Submit sales files for credit approval to the appropriate financing company and to prepare financing contracts for equipment or machinery,
- Ensure compliance with all the company’s sales standards,
- Invoice all machinery sold to clients and to prepare the settlements,
- Take care of registering with the SAAQ all tractors sold,
- Contact on a monthly basis clients whose equipment is nearing the end of its lease (long-term) and offer available options,
- At all times, comply with the standards and policies regarding health and safety in the workplace.

**YOU HAVE IDEALLY**:

- High School Diploma;
- Functional French: an asset in order to serve the French-speaking clientele related to the position;
- Two years’ experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support position;
- Good computer knowledge (Excel)
- Basic accounting notions is an asset;
- Interpersonal skills and flexibility are sought out personality traits.
