We are looking for a Sandblaster to join our growing team in Innisfail.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Frequent standing, bending over and lifting to 50 pounds
- Detects and reports defective items and unusual conditions to proper supervision
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
- Performs a variety of other tasks of equal or lesser complexity as assigned by supervision or as required by position
- Maintains production rate with acceptable quality
- Maintain shop environment as requested

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous sandblasting experience
- Physical stamina
- Mechanical aptitude is an asset
- Able to work outside in all conditions
- Able to drive forklift and skid steer an asset (Certification)
- Able to assist painters in sanding, prepping, and setting up
- Good organizational skills
- Good can-do attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$20.50 per hour
