Job Description:

- Design and implement end-to-end SuccessFactors solutions, including modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Recruiting, to meet the evolving needs of customer HR teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective configurations and customizations within SuccessFactors.
- Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules to align with customer HR processes and best practices, ensuring optimal system performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in SuccessFactors, working closely with IT teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution and mínimal disruption to HR operations.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in SuccessFactors, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance customer HR processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage implementation projects, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Provide expertise in EC to ECC replication setup and configuration, ensuring seamless data synchronization between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop and deliver training programs and materials to enable customer employees to effectively utilize SuccessFactors.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in HR technology, sharing insights and recommendations with the team to drive innovation and stay ahead of the curve.

Great to haves:

- Experience with SAP ERP modules, such as FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, PS, EAM, BI/BW, PI, CPI, SAC, to facilitate seamless integration between SuccessFactors and other customer systems.
- Knowledge of SAP ILM, MDG, or third-party migration tools like Syniti Knowledge Platform to support data management and migration initiatives.
- Understanding of project management, product, and agile delivery teams, enabling effective collaboration and alignment with customer project methodologies.
- Pre-existing SAP MDG, ILM, or Syniti Advanced Data Migration experience, providing additional expertise in data governance and migration strategies.
- Pre-existing understanding of SAP S4 embedded analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, or Google BigQuery, to leverage advanced analytics capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working on cloud computing platforms such as GCP, contributing to customer' cloud-first approach and digital transformation journey.
