**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Installation and Oversight**:

- Perform and oversee all aspects of custom kitchen, cabinetry, and millwork installations.
- Ensure all installations are completed with the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and other team members to ensure seamless execution of projects.

**Technical Expertise**:

- Utilize advanced woodworking techniques and tools to install custom cabinetry and millwork.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and adheres to company quality guidelines.

**Client Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide professional and courteous service during all phases of the project.
- Address any client concerns or questions promptly and professionally.

**Problem-Solving**:

- Analyze and solve complex installation challenges in real-time.

**Maintenance and Service**:

- Perform regular maintenance and service on installed kitchens and cabinetry as required.
- Identify and resolve any post-installation issues efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in custom kitchen installation, cabinetry, and millwork.
- Proven experience with high-end custom kitchen projects is essential.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in the use of woodworking tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.
- Certifications:

- Relevant certifications in woodworking, cabinetry, or related fields are a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in physically demanding conditions.
- Comfortable working on-site, often in client homes or commercial spaces.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cabinet Making: 3 years (preferred)
- Cabinet Installation: 3 years (preferred)
- Kitchen Installation: 3 years (preferred)
- Closet Installation: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Class G Licence (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
