**Responsibilities**:
**Description**:
**Route Manager - Class 3**

**Type of position**: Permanent, Full-time**

**Schedule**:Work daytime Monday-Friday - **_you can be home in the evenings and weekends_**

We are currently looking for a Route Manaer to join our team at our location in **Anjou, QC.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work in conjunction with the existing dispatcher for assigned routes.
- Ensure that the level of service is maintained, participate in the development and satisfaction of customers.
- Responsible for the integration of new employees, accompaniment, training and coaching of existing staff to achieve their objectives and full development.
- Plan the availability and efficiency of the rolling stock.
- Work in conjunction with stakeholders to establish, develop or modify delivery routes to maximize efficiency in serving our customers with existing personnel and equipment.
- Acts as a back-up during absences on the road
- Reports to the Branch Manager

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Experience in managing delivery operations, trucking logistics and personnel.
- Possess a **valid class 3 driver's license** and on-road experience.
- Understanding of business development and customer satisfaction dynamics.
- Understanding of inventory management issues and warehouse operations as they relate to the loading and unloading of the truck fleet.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize to present business plans and explain results.
- Use of the Office suite and comfortable with computer systems.
