**Position Details**:
L’assistant à la souscription a principalement un rôle de soutien auprès de l’équipe de souscription.
- Saisir les données relatives aux polices d’assurance, avenants et résiliations dans les systèmes informatiques de la compagnie
- Préparer et organiser les dossiers pour les activités quotidiennes des souscripteurs.
- Gérer la boîte de courriels du département
- Vérifier l’exactitude des données : renseignements des titulaires de police et/ou du détenteur de privilège (créancier ou locateur) et les garanties
- Colliger les informations pertinentes sur les transactions pour la collecte de données financières et l'historique des pertes pour l'analyse de la souscription.
- Rédiger de la correspondance relative aux demandes d’informations sur les polices
- Rédiger des lettres, des notes ou des rapports à partir de texte existant
- Préparer et envoyer les rapports de réclamation pour tous les dossiers
- Émettre des certificats
- Confirmation de prime financée
- Travailler en équipe en partageant diverses affectations avec les collègues
- Assurer la liaison avec des parties externes, au besoin

**Votre profil**:

- Détenir un diplôme d’étude collégiale ou expérience équivalente
- Avoir de l’intérêt pour le programme PAA
- Être axé sur le service à la clientèle
- Rapidité et précision d’exécution au clavier
- Bonne gestion du temps
- Esprit d’équipe
- Anglais, parlé et écrit, un atout
- Bonne connaissance des principaux logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
