**Accident Benefits Clerk or Paralegal**

You would be reporting to and taking instructions from Lawyers and Senior Law Clerks. You will be working on more than 200 files with support staff.

Among others, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Managing the day to day handling of accident benefits files from start to finish
- Reviewing accident benefits files to determine issues
- Taking part in LAT Case Conferences and processes
- Reviewing all mail and faxes to determine next steps.
- Keeping files updated and noted appropriately related to accident benefits status
- Overseeing delegated work of accident benefits coordinators

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma or Certificate
- Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to take instructions, work in a team setting and independently.
- Experience with Filevine, Primafact and PC Law is ideal

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
