**The Role**: Cohen Immigration Law is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Immigration Attorney to join our team in Montreal. If you want to advance your career in immigration law, build your own client base, and develop strategic immigration solutions for corporate and personal clients, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:As an Immigration Attorney, you will own the following responsibilities
- Develop and utilize your understanding of Canadian immigration law to provide timely and strategic guidance on Canadian immigration pathways.
- Create and implement strategies to build your client base by leveraging our existing Canadian immigration network.
- Delegate tasks to caseworkers, fostering their professional development as they assist with document collection, file preparation, and file tracking.
- Participate in industry events and Listservs to stay current with the latest developments and regulations in immigration law.
- Collaborate with our management team to contribute to the overall growth and success of Cohen Immigration Law.

**Qualifications**:

- **Required - **Law degree (LLB, BCL or JD).
- **Required -** Member of the Barreau du Québec or another Canadian Provincial Law Society.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with track record of taking initiative.
