The Role
Our Mitchell Plastics Kitchener facility is looking for Material Handlers. The Material Handler is a key player in keeping our production floor running and ensuring we are able to meet customer requirements in a fast-paced, “just-in-time” environment. Cooperation with Machine Operators, Cell Leaders, Supervisors and Set-Up Technicians is essential for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Forklift operation
- Keeping all production equipment supplied with materials
- Keeping Machine Operators supplied with components and packaging
- Maintaining cleanliness of the plant floor
- Emptying and cleaning grinders
- Transporting finished product to the appropriate staging area
- Anticipating and preparing for all actions that prevent the occurrence of product, process and quality system non-conformance

Qualifications and Skills
- Forklift experience is required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attendance
- Flexibility to work any shift
- posted rate range includes nightshift premium ($0.60/hour)
