What You'll Be Doing

How You'll Succeed- Understanding and Documenting Requirements - Work closely with business and technology partners to gather complex technical/solution requirements (functional & non-functional) and facilitate solution design discussions to ensure you meet project needs. Build strong relationships, lead discussions, listen and ask the right questions to ensure solutions meet requirements.- Solution Design - Build client-focused solutions that meet business requirements. Prepare and validate solution design documents around areas such as scope clarification, solution requirements, system workflows, and quality assurance.Who You Are- Technical Skills. You are comfortable with working with data, back-end systems and have a technical background, yet have strong business acumens to understand what business really needs. You must have professional exposure in system development lifecycle utilizing waterfall model and expertise in delivering technical/solution requirements- You put our clients first. You engage with purpose to find the right solutions. You go the extra mile, because it’s the right thing to do.-

You inspire outcomes by making yourself heard.- You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Application Development, IT and/or a related field, and you’ve spent at least 3 years in a BSC role leading projects and designing solutions. It’s an asset if you have experience with Agile methodologies, and Application and/or Architecture Development.- Values matter to you.
