Ontario Condominium Accounts Supervisor

As the **Ontario Condominium Account Supervisor,** your role is key in ensuring that our condominium account operations and client relations run smoothly in Ontario through directly supporting our Condominium and Commercial Services Manager, the Operations Team, Board Members, and related teams on key tasks and projects.
This full-time, hybrid role reports directly to the Condominium and Commercial Services Manager and the Board of Directors. Due to the nature of this role and the level of attention that clients need, this unique and dynamic role will involve travel and work outside of standard office hours on occasion.
To succeed in this role, you will possess very strong customer service, organizational, and time
- management skills.
Your main focus will be to provide assistance with the daily operations and client services at our existing Condominium sites and generating new sales services among the following duties:
- Oversee the client services of condominium and commercial sites in Ontario.
- Take lead to ensure the daily operations of the condominium sites run smoothly. This will include
- Maintain and revise Post Orders based on client feedback and evolving site requirements.
- Execute changes to operating procedures
- Train existing and new staff members on emergency procedures, including fire training.
- Take lead during staff meetings, maintain training checklists and performance reviews.
- Make connections and develop relationships in the condominium community and with property managers to improve our brand recognition and generate new leads.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to improve our brand recognition in the condominium/commercial community
- Clearly communicate information to the Operations Teams.
- Clearly communicate client feedback to Operation Teams and follow up on results.
- Support with the implementation of special projects upon condominium clients' requests.
- Communicate with various departments to meet clients' portfolios' requests and objectives.
- Provide strategy on how to improve the service quality for condo & commercial sites.
**Job Qualifications**
- Prior experience working in condominium security is required.
- Prior experience working in property / condominium management is required.
- Prior experience with sales and acquisition is an asset
- Leadership experience is an asset.
- Experience building relationships with decision makers and board members.
- Comfortable learning new technologies.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
**Salary**: $52,000.00-$57,000.00 per year
