- **Competitive Pay**: Earn between $28-35 per hour for standard cleaning jobs, with additional compensation for specialized tasks such as move in/move outs, deep cleans, and post-renovation/post-construction jobs. Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded fairly.

**What we're looking for**:

- **Legal Authorization to Work in Canada**: You must be legally authorized to work in Canada to be considered for this position.
- **Can Provide a Criminal Background Check**:We require a clean criminal background check for all our team members.
- **Reliable Transportation**: A reliable mode of transportation is essential for getting to and from client locations.
- **Own Cleaning Supplies**: You should have your own cleaning supplies, including a vacuum, mop, step stool, and all cleaning products you prefer to use.
- **Basic English Language Skills**: Effective communication with clients and team members is crucial, so basic English language skills are required.
- **Professional References**: Provide at least two professional references who can speak to your reliability, flexibility, communication skills, and cleaning abilities.
