**Position Overview**:
As a Kinesiologist at Pure, you will play a vital role in assessing, designing, and implementing personalized exercise programs for clients based on their specific needs, goals, and abilities. Working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the comprehensive care and overall wellness of our diverse client base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' physical fitness levels, medical histories, and lifestyle factors.
- Design customized exercise programs to address clients' goals, whether it's improving mobility, strength, flexibility, or overall fitness.
- Guide and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques and ensure their safety during sessions.
- Monitor and track clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their programs.
- Provide education and guidance on injury prevention, post-rehabilitation, and healthy lifestyle habits.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors, physiotherapists, and massage therapists, to deliver integrated care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with current research, trends, and best practices in the field of kinesiology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology or related field.
- Certification or registration as a Kinesiologist in Alberta.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology.
- Experience in designing and implementing exercise programs for diverse populations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for promoting health and wellness through exercise and movement.
