Langlands Home Improvements is a family owned business that has been serving Barrie and the surrounding area for over 30 years. We are a company that works year round and specialize in exterior renovations. Our areas of service include siding, eavestrough, soffit/fascia, windows and doors. The main focus of our work is on custom home builds and renovations. We pride ourselves in the finished product.

We are looking to grow our team with the right individuals. Someone who is a leader, punctual, takes pride in their work, understands the importance of time management while maintaining a high quality of workmanship, can work efficiently on their own as well as with the other members of our team. We are looking for someone with 1-3 years of experience in siding and eavestrough installation or relatable experience. We are also willing to train the right individual. We work Monday to Friday with the occasional weekend when needed during busier times. Your own transportation is needed to get to a central meeting location every morning, and then transportation is provided from there to the work site.

Pay will be based on experience.
- 3 years (preferred) work experience with siding and eavestrough
- basic tools for siding and safety shoes
- Comfortable working at heights
- Experience working with ladders, stage system, and scaffolding
- working at heights certificate
- maintain a safe and clean work environment
- positive and energetic attitude
- experience with and comfortable with power tools
- ability to handle physical work load
- transportation to a central meeting location
- able to work overtime when needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
