**EDUCATION**:
- Diploma or degree in accounting, business or related field is preferred
- High school diploma is required
**EXPERIENCE**:
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping experience in the construction industry.
- Experience working in construction-related accounting is preferred
**ATTRIBUTES**:

- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

- Proficient with Office 365 and accounting software
**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Enter receivables and payables into accounting software and project cost reports
- Prepare detailed financial reporting to ensure project costs are accurately reported
- Update and maintain accurate financial records
- Process receivables and payables accurately and on time
**SALARY** **RANGE**:
- Commensurate with qualifications

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- QuickBooks: 3 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
