Job Summary: As a Sand Blaster at Haul All, you will play a crucial role in preparing surfaces for coating, painting, or cleaning. Using specialized equipment and techniques, you will remove rust, paint, and contaminants from various materials, ensuring a smooth and pristine surface for further processing. Your expertise will be vital in delivering outstanding results for our clients' projects, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean work environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate sandblasting equipment to remove rust, paint, and debris from different surfaces.
- Prepare work areas and materials, ensuring all safety measures are in place.
- Adjust sandblasting equipment settings for optimal performance on different materials.
- Inspect surfaces after sandblasting to ensure quality and make any necessary touch-ups.
- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Maintain equipment, perform regular checks, and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet project deadlines.
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Sand Blaster or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating sandblasting equipment and related tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects.
- Excellent understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

**Salary**: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
