**Your main responsibilities.**
- Reconditioning various sizes of surface drilling bit’s
- Delivery of both new and reconditioned material to each drill daily or when required
- Reconditioning drill hammers, pick-up delivery each drill as well
- 2 week in 2 out rotation
- Providing 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all shop and mine specific protocols (Safety, Maintenance & Schedules)
- Prepare documentations
- Ensure work complies with ISO standards 9002, 14001 and 18000
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and future customers
- Good communication skills
- Good organization skills
- Ambition and motivation to succeed and meet the company’s objectives
- A proven self-starter who requires minimum supervision
- A strong technical background
- Bilingualism an asset
- Valid driver’s license / DZ
- Prior shop experience would be an asset
- Basic computer skills, competence in excel & word documents
- Establish a working relationship with fellow employees and mine site personnel
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment both on and off our property
- Safeguard assets of the company in general but most specifically those within our areas of responsibility
