**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to digital workspace initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows and processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend digital workspace solutions.
- Develop functional specifications, wireframes, and user stories to effectively communicate solution designs to development teams.
- Create test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing alongside stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations.
- Develop a detail project plan to track progress and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, compliance deliverables and budgets.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and adherence to project milestones.
- Hold regular standup/scrum meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management, including status reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for adjustments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure compliance and successful implementation of digital workspace technologies.
- Identify change impacts and develop change management plans to ensure smooth adoption and transition to digital workspace solutions
- Support end-users through training, documentation, and communication to facilitate successful implementation and utilization of digital workspace technologies.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the digital workspace solutions and make continuous improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or relative experience
- 3-5 years of Business Analyst or Project Manager experience, preferably in digital workspace projects.
- Strong understanding of digital workspace technologies.
- Proficient in requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design.
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organization, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- PMP, CBAP, CSM or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Knowledge and experience with cloud based Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, file sharing and collaboration solutions.
