Technical Transfer Analyst

Pillar5 Pharma Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Technical Transfer Analyst to join our Quality Control department. As a Technical Transfer Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful transfer of analytical methods and technologies from development to commercialization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute technical transfer plans for analytical methods and technologies.
- Perform analytical method validation and verification studies to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation to support method troubleshooting and optimization.
- Generate and review technical transfer documentation, including protocols, reports, and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in technology transfer meetings and provide technical expertise to resolve any issues or challenges.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies throughout the technical transfer process.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of technical transfer activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- 3-4 years experience in technical transfer of analytical methods in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is considered an asset.
- Strong knowledge of analytical techniques, such as HPLC, GC, and spectroscopy.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and statistical tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
