In this role, you will represent Pinsa Romana Canada Inc., a tier one, “the next generation of Pizza” the first of its kind in Canada, consumer manufactured and packaged goods company, selling and merchandising their iconic brands in grocery stores and mass food retail and restaurant channels.

**Position Summary**:

- We are currently seeking an experienced salesperson to serve our retail grocery business customers.
- Drive Sales: Selling and building displays, placing point-of-sale material.
- Merchandising: Main Shelf, Displays & Stock Replenishment
- Check and correct distribution voids/out-of-stocks.
- Build relationships (customer service) with key store personnel - this is an important component of the role
- Call Coverage: You will have a set # of retail calls to achieve every day
- Product quality control
- Build a strong relationship with customers in a fast-paced, constantly moving environment.
- Develop and manage a business plan to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Prepare sales proposals and conduct sales presentations for prospective customers.
- Developing the market by actively prospecting for new sales opportunities.
- Plan and organize personal sales strategies, customer visits, through effective time
management.
- Following protocols to assist with and ensure smooth ongoing operations.
- Communicate daily with the Sales Manager, work as a team to respond to customers’ inquiries and expectations in a timely manner.

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year
