**The Role**

***Location**: Our Corporate Office is located in Bolton, ON. We offer Remote/Hybrid Flex work with visits into the office on an as-needed basis depending on the role and function.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage Onboarding and Offboarding; including IT Asset assignment and peripheral assignment
- Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Who You Are - Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years technical and deskside support experience preferred, with basic knowledge of technical principles
- Experience with MS products including Office, Azure, WVD (Windows Virtual Desktop) and experience in Active Directory, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
- Familiar with Windows 10 OS, Active Directory, desktop, laptop, peripheral technologies, utilizing client remote control solutions, and SCCM
- Familiarity with networking, firewalls, VPN and security protocols
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products including SharePoint
- The ability to manage multiple tasks to produce high quality and accurate work
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A self-starter attitude and the ability to work with little or no direction to meet deadlines
- Deskside services - hardware set up, inventory management, onboarding and offboarding
