We are seeking a Risk Management Lead to join our Project Services Department. Under the general direction of the Project Risk
and Performance Section head, you are responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of the risk
management program, associated policies, and process for the Project Management Division. Will play a key role providing expert
advice to the project managers for risk assessments and tracking overall project risks within Project Management Division

**_ Responsibilities:_**
- Develop and manage policies and system related to the risk management program.
- analysis, and risk reporting.- Work closely with the Project Management Division project managers and leaders to support the integration of the risk
- management principles into the project management plan.- Lead the risk workshops with project stakeholders to develop comprehensive risk register for the projects including qualitative
- and quantitative risk analysis techniques.- Ensure that the risk response strategies are aligned within the PMO risk tolerance criteria and the risks are monitored and
- managed accordingly.- Provide guidance and analysis, while making recommendations on risk management throughout the development, evaluation

and execution activities of contracts, assessment of deviations to the scopes of work, project estimates and schedules, and
form responses on how to deal with their risk impact.
- Conduct regular risk communication meetings, develop reports and presentation related to the PMO risks profile.
- Research and maintain familiarity with existing market and industry related to projects and program risk management and
- ensure that divisional risk processes and procedures meets industry standard.- Work closely with the MH Insurance Department and develop project insurance requirements, procure and manage project
- insurance, responsible for managing insurance claims and documentation.- Facilitate the development of the risk intelligent culture and risk-based decision making by implementing the risk management
- framework across PMO offices.- Work closely with the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Division to integrate PMO business risk management with the
- ERM.- Collaborate with the Project Control team and responsible for integrating risk management and contingency with the change

management, project performance, trends, and forecast.

**_ Qualifications:_**
- Four-year bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, or other relevant discipline from an

institution of recognized standing and five years of progressively responsible experience demonstrating the skills and
competencies required by this position.

- Extensive knowledge in the area of risk management, including industry standards and best practices and procedures.
- Experience in project control tools, risk management tools, and change management is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in developing successful working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage a diverse team towards risk management implementation.
- Insight into the various project issues in general, with strong analytical skills to understand and determine the implication of
- qualitative and quantitative information and data.- Proven ability to work independently under broad guidelines and minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
- Must obtain and maintain a current Personal Risk Assessment and a "Clear" security rating in accordance with Manitoba

Hydro policy P513.
