Service Concierge

Zender Ford has an immediate opening for a full time Service Concierge.

Our Service department is looking for a High Energy, Customer Focused individual who;
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of previous experience with appointment coordination and booking appointments based on shop load by skill set
- Has extensive knowledge and understanding of vehicles, maintenance and repair
- Has strong computer skills and embraces new technology
- Has strong professional phone skills
- Is punctual, with strong time management skills
- Has an excellent interpersonal skill with an engaging, polished, and positive professional attitude.
- Has desire to give the best customer service in every interaction
- Is a self motivated, team player with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
- Has strong verbal and written communication skills
- Is able to maintain organization while working on multiple requests, and is capable of prioritizing and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
- Is able to work independently
- has a valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
- has previous experience with PBS V10 and/or Ford is considered an asset,

**Experience**:

- Skills Based Shop Loading: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (Class 5 minimum) (preferred)
