**Description du poste**

Les Technicien de la lutte antiparasitaire de Rentokil Canada Corporation utiliseront les connaissances complètes fournies par leur formation pour assurer un environnement sans parasites là où nos clients vivent et travaillent. Le titulaire de ce poste travaille en étroite collaboration avec chaque client afin d'évaluer ses besoins, d'identifier les problèmes spécifiques de parasites, de choisir et de fournir les services appropriés pour protéger l'endroit et maximiser la satisfaction du client.

**Responsabilités et fonctions essentielles**
- **
Lutte antiparasitaire** - Effectuer des inspections pour déterminer la source de l'activité parasitaire. Sélectionner et élaborer une solution de produits et de services pour remédier à la présence de parasites. Effectuer des traitements antiparasitaires et installer des produits pour créer un environnement sans parasites. Conduire et entretenir les véhicules et l'équipement de service.
- ** Expérience client** - Établir des relations avec les clients par un comportement amical, serviable et courtois lors des visites de service. Écouter les besoins des clients, proposer des solutions aux problèmes de parasites et recommander les services appropriés pour résoudre les problèmes des clients. Identifier et informer les clients des offres de services supplémentaires qui leur apporteront de la valeur.
- ** Apprentissage continu** - Se familiariser avec la gamme de produits et de services offerts par Rentokil Canada Corporation grâce à une formation rémunérée. Se tenir au courant des derniers développements, tendances, technologies et règlements dans l'industrie de la lutte antiparasitaire. Participer à la formation fournie par l'employeur sur les nouvelles méthodes, les nouveaux produits et services de la gamme de solutions de lutte antiparasitaire de Rentokil Canada Corporation. Obtenir et maintenir les licences/certificats requis par les règlements fédéraux, provinciaux et locaux financés par Rentokil Canada Corporation.

**Exigences du poste**
- Réussir la vérification des antécédents avant l'embauche
- Posséder un permis de conduire valide et se soumettre à une vérification du dossier de conduite d'un véhicule à moteur.
- Disponible pour travailler du lundi au vendredi et le samedi au besoin

**Éducation et expérience**
- Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent
- Expérience en contact avec la clientèle souhaitée
