Colony Ford Lincoln is looking for an **Assistant **Service Manager **to join their team in Brampton.

The** Assistant **Service Manager** is responsible for working with the Service Manager to run an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives, and maintenance of all service records.

Our **Assistant Service Managers** lead the Service team on collaborative processes and customer-related situations.

**Job Duties**:

- Responsible for operation of an efficient and profitable Service Department.
- Setting and obtaining sales and profit objectives.
- Operate the department at maximum production, controlling costs, building a loyal client base.
- Maintaining good team member relationships.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, encouraging repeat and referral business.
- Participate in the hire, train, motivate and monitor of performance of Service team members.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist the Service Advisors when needed.
- Additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager.

**What We Look For**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor.
- A valid G driver’s license and clean drivers’ abstract.
- Previous management and supervisory experience an asset.
- Dealership experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Friendly and a trustworthy individual.

- Excellent listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
