**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a Skincare Demonstration Specialist to represent Lulo Skin and showcase our clean, organic, and non-toxic product line to customers around the GTA.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will have the opportunity to educate consumers on the benefits of our skincare formulations, promote our brand ethos, and drive sales through engaging demonstrations and personalized consultations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging skincare demonstrations at various locations, including retail stores, wellness expos, and community events around the GTA.
- Foster strong relationships with retail partners and event organizers to coordinate demonstration opportunities and maximize brand exposure.
- Stay informed about industry trends, natural skincare innovations, and regulatory standards to effectively communicate the unique selling points of Lulo Skin products.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and support initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Maintain a clean and organized demonstration area, ensuring that all products are properly stocked, labeled, and displayed in accordance with company guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in skincare sales, beauty retail, or product demonstration roles preferred.
- Passion for clean beauty and a commitment to promoting natural, non-toxic skincare solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and build rapport.
- Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, formulations, and industry trends, particularly in the clean beauty sector.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to driving sales and achieving performance targets.
- Flexibility to travel for events and demonstrations as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in skincare or cosmetics is a plus.

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
