Client Experience Specialist

**Major Accountabilities**:
- Assists clients by answering questions regarding PSHSA products and services.
- Monitors “Live Chat” channel and responds to external client inquiries.
- Assists with troubleshooting online course registration issues.
- Manually register groups for training courses and drafts client invoices.
- Second line support for field consultants with operational requests such as scheduling changes, invoicing, material orders and other tasks as assigned.
- Answers questions about PSHSA products and services.
- Leverages technology and internal systems to assist clients.
- Ensures procedures are followed to standard.
- Other duties as required.
**Job Requirements**:
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Microsoft CRM, Microsoft Windows and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Experience working within a servicing escalations or complaints management team considered an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable with using and learning new technology to complete daily tasks.
- Quick thinking with a problem-solving attitude.
- Takes ownership and provides service excellence for each assignment end-to-end.
- Communicates with clarity, enthusiasm, and positive intent.
- Can multi-task in a fast-paced environment achieving key performance measures in quality and efficiency.
- Demonstrates resilience when faced with difficult situations and uses critical thinking to identify creative solutions.
- Has a team player attitude and is adaptable to change.
**Details of the Role**:
Status: Full-Time, Contract (3 months)
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours/week
Location: Remote in Ontario, Canada
Bargaining Unit Position: No
Travel Required: No
**Salary**: $30/hour
