**Illumiti is currently looking for Jr. Consultants to join and grow alongside our talented team.**

**This is an entry-level role.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Document an accurate understanding of business requirements and mapping of those to SAP business processes
- Coordinate execution of project tasks in your functional area and be comfortable with occasionally working under the pressure of tight project deadlines
- Work very closely with business decision makers and end users
- Develop progressive ability to configure and integrate modules of SAP in your focus area
- Develop test strategy and document test results
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues for cross-functional areas
- Provide support and resolve help desk tickets

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Recent under-graduate/post-graduate degree from a reputable university
- Desire and commitment to develop a career as an SAP functional or technical consultant
- An interest in one of our business focus areas such as Supply Chain Management or Finance or a desire to pursue a career in technical areas such as ABAP, Basis, or Security.
- Demonstrated track record of achievement both in academics and other areas of interest
- Ability and desire to learn new skills quickly
- The ability to understand and communicate complex ideas and concepts
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- To be part of an empowering company culture

**Obligations To Succeed**:

- Ability to work within North America (_We do not provide sponsorship_)
- Open to Travel
- Be based in the Greater Toronto Area to attend mandatory in-person training
- Reliable means of transportation to the Toronto office

**Nice-to-haves**:

- Foundational knowledge or training in SAP
- 1-2 years of work experience in a related field
