**Location**: 2347 Cassell Drive, Hillsdale, Ontario
**Position Type**: Full-time
- Permanent
**Reporting**: Operations Manager
**Hours**: Monday to Thursday, with occasional Friday and/or Saturday
**Rate**: $26.37 per hour

**Responsibilities**:
In the position of ASL DZ Driver Operator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Must adhere to Miller Waste System safety protocols and must be familiar with occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Must have a valid DZ Driver's Licence.
- Must have a clean Driver's Abstract & CVOR.
- Must be able to operate an Automate Side Loader.
- Must be a team player, with safe working habits.
- Must be highly motivated and productive.
- Must be able to work flexible hours.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs, occasionally.
- Must have safety boots.

**Requirements**:

- In the position of residential waste collector, will include but not limited to operating of a one-person Automated Side Loader equipment.
- You will collect and transport various waste streams to local transfer stations, compost facilities and/or landfill sites, in an efficient, appropriate and safe manner.
- You will adhere to the collection and delivery schedule while following all relevant policies and procedures of Miller Waste Systems, the MTO, Ministry of Environment, as well as the by-laws of the Municipality, in which you are working.
- Waste receptacles that are emptied into the collection vehicle, must be placed back on the resident's property, in the same place that they were removed from.
- Previous waste industry experience is required.
- Must follow all Miller Waste Safety policy’s & procedures.
- Must be available to work weekends and overtime as required.
