We are looking for a Leasing Agent to join our team at Blackline Management

The Leasing Agent reports to the Property Manager and is responsible for the leasing our Multi-residential and Student Housing portfolios.

Main Responsibilities Include:

- Greeting prospective tenants
- Follow up on any leads to close leases
- showing available units to tenants which meet their needs/desires
- Review leases for completion
- Perform suite inspections
- Assisting the Property Manager as required
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Superior Organizational Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- A go-getter with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Can work with mínimal supervision
- Flexible schedule and available to work days, evenings and weekends

Note: Access to a vehicle is required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
