**How will you support the team?**

As part of Management, the Store Assistant Manager possesses a passion for fashion and customer service. They recruit and lead a winning team that provides a unique and memorable shopping experience to every customer. They foster a vibrant, fun, energetic and enjoyable store environment.
- Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe to the customer.
- Develop and coach a team on exemplary customer service, the promotion of different programs, product knowledge and current trends.
- Monitor sales targets frequently and take the required actions to influence results.
- Support the Store Manager in team management and merchandising to achieve sales goals.
- Support daily operations such as receiving merchandise, changing prices, shipping orders/transfers and keeping the store clean.

À titre de gestionnaire, l’assistant gérant de magasin possède une passion pour la mode et le service à la clientèle. Il recrute et dirige une équipe gagnante qui offre une expérience de magasinage unique et mémorable à chaque cliente. Il favorise un environnement vivant, plaisant, dynamique et agréable.
- Agir à titre de styliste pour créer une garde-robe personnalisée en fonction de la cliente.
- Développer et encadrer une équipe en ce qui à trait à un service à la clientèle exemplaire, la promotion des différents programmes, la connaissance des produits et les tendances actuelles.
- Suivre les objectifs de ventes fréquemment et prendre les mesures nécessaires pour influencer les résultats.
- Assister le gérant du magasin dans la gestion de l’équipe et du marchandisage pour l’atteinte des objectifs de ventes.
- Assurer les activités quotidiennes comme la réception de marchandise, les changements de prix, l’expédition des commandes/transferts et la propreté du magasin.

**Salary**: $43,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
