**_ Materials Process Flow Engineer_**

**Overall Responsibilities**:
Identified In-house expert in developing, evaluating, and implementing improvements while utilizing PFEP, Value Stream Mapping, A3, PowerBi and PDCA's.

A leader in continuous improvement and World Class Manufacturing

**Accountabilities**:

- "Create Value Stream Maps for all Programs and Part numbers Cradle to grave
- Champion elimination of Waste utilizing the 8 wastes methodology
- Tracking progress on an Open issues list (Including costs associated with improvement)
- Develop a VSM template that can be carried forward in the APQP stages of program development.

- "Create/Improve plant layout in all areas with priority on Finished goods area (Ensuring FIFO)
- Develop/Implement FIFO processes utilizing team members throughout the implementation process.
- Including container utilization

- "Assist with Development/Implementation of WCM - World Class Manufacturing for the Woodstock team. Ensuring all measurables follow the 'SMART' principles.
- Utilize the current WCM boards.

- "Cost initiatives and reductions in inventory.
- Utilize MMIL to prioritize and escalate material usage loss.”
- Other Duties as required.

**Skills, Requirements, and Personal Traits**:

- Experience 0-5 Years
- Education Materials and or Engineering
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge with AS400 MRP (CMS).
- Experience with quality and engineering related processes in an automotive setting.
