Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?- Offrir un service-conseil et accompagner les client-es dans la préparation des projets de vente ou d’achat;-
- Informer le-la client-e sur les différentes étapes du processus et lui fournir les outils ainsi que la documentation nécessaire à la réalisation de son projet;-
- Effectuer des suivis de projets téléphoniques et par courriels auprès de la clientèle;-
- Participer à la mise en relation entre les client-es et les courtier-ères partenaires et s’assurer de la prise en charge par ces dernier-ères;-
- Assurer un service à la clientèle exemplaire auprès de la clientèle en prenant soin de répondre aux demandes d’informations, de résoudre les problèmes rapportés et de se montrer disponible;-
- Documenter dans le système chaque appel en indiquant les renseignements recueillis lors des échanges avec la clientèle;-
- Valider les adhésions et accueillir des courtier-ères immobilier-ères au service de recommandation.Ce qu’il te faut pour être Conseiller-ère chez nous?- Détenir un AEC en courtage immobilier ainsi qu’un permis de courtage immobilier;-
- Être à l’aise d’évoluer dans un contexte de centre d’appels;-
- Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication;-
- Avoir une approche orientée vers les client-es;-
- Être stimulé-e par les défis;-
- Avoir une facilité avec les outils technologiques;-
- Posséder une expérience en gestion de projets (un atout);-
