**Role Summary**:
This position is responsible for the full accounts payable and payroll cycle.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

Accounts Payable
- Accounts payable using SAP system including verifying general ledger coding; matching and approving invoices; issuing payments, journal entries to general ledger; reconciling intercompany accounts and sub ledgers to general ledger.
- Invoice verification for purchases
- Canadian Concur contact for travel and expense reimbursement
- Coordinate intercompany netting, postings

Payroll Processing
- Accurately process bi-monthly hourly and salaried payroll for two company codes (approximately 65 employees) using ADP payroll system.
- Process commission payments, bonus payments and other incentive payment pay at pre-determined times throughout the pay schedule.
- Perform various payroll procedures including completing the payroll journal entry, calculating workers compensation, employee health tax, pension remittances, annual reproting, goverment remittances and maintaining accuraly employee payroll records.

**Skills & Education**:

- 2 years Accounts Payable and payroll processing experience
- Experience working with SAP for Accounts Payable
- Experience working with ADP Workforce Now for payroll processing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Certification from Canadian Payroll Association an asset but not required.

**Additional Information**:
**$25/hr, M-F, onsite, 6 month assignment, no benefits. (potential for hybrid work after training)**
