We are looking for an individual who has 1-2 years experience in finance and would like to take that next step in their career

**Summary**:
To provide financial support through enhanced communication and the maintenance/distribution of financial related reports and to support the Sales team with sales analysis of major retail accounts.

To contribute to maintaining a healthy work environment.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Post secondary diploma or degree in Accounting required

2. Excellent computer skills; advanced excel required

3. Strong communication and problem solving skills.

4. Deadline oriented with strong attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:
The following is an outline of the duties and responsibilities required for this position. These duties may change from time to time depending on business needs.

Sales Analysis:
1. Create, run and maintain daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports, and identify trends and opportunities for business managers

2. Manage and analyze large volumes of point-of-sale data for multiple customers (including, but not limited to sell thru, sales performance, DC & store level inventory, promo analysis, etc.) to support timely and effective decision making

3. Develop expert knowledge of customer information and licenses, and actively monitor, analyze, and report on the sales pipeline

4. Responsible for tracking, reporting and drawing conclusions of retail activity including regular replenishment, event planning and rollbacks

5. Prepare presentations using sales shipments and point-of-sale data for customer meetings and business reviews

Accounting Functions:
1. Prepare necessary month end reconciliations, journal entries and reports with complete back up in a timely and accurate manner

2. Prepare royalty statements monthly for all licensors and arrange payment

3. Assist in sales forecasting by customer and license

4. Process all company expense reports

5. Ensure accurate and timely processing and invoicing of direct import shipments; including submitting proper customs documentation

6. Prepare and report company Stewardship fees annually

7. Assist in all financial audits - Prepare sample selection and reports

8. Other projects/tasks as assigned by the Financial Manager or other Accounting Team Members
