**Dulux Paints Assistant Store Manager / Team Leader**

Brampton, Ontario

**What you need to bring**:
High energy, positive attitude, readiness, and eagerness to learn and grow as well as customer focused mindset with strong Leadership skills.
- **Provide leadership, and direction to the Store Associates**:

- **A teamwork mentality, team building. Leads by motivating the Store Associates**:

- **Work with Sales team to ensure sales metrics are met**:

- **Coordinates the relationship between customers and store associates. For this position, fluency in Punjabi, Hindi and/or Persian (Farsi) would be great assets**:

- **Ability to lift heavy pails of paint, using material handling equipment**:

- **Ability to distinguish the difference between colours**:

- **The confidence to assess the customer's needs and advise solutions.**:

- **Has self-confidence and encourages self-confidence within the team.**:

- **Time Management, problem-solving, strategic planning**:

- **Able to operate POS system, telephone system and knowledge of Microsoft programs**:

Pay: From $20.50 per hour
