**Job Summary**: As part of an aggressive growth strategy, LDM (Lethbridge Dairy Mart) is seeking a Dairy Equipment Route Sales person for their Red Deer Location. Our dealership is one of the leading privately-owned dairy farming equipment dealerships in Canada and this individual will bring a great knowledge of dairy, livestock and agriculture to build the next phase of dealership business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive a 1 ton pickup truck with gooseneck trailer to deliver and sell products or render services of the dairy industry to customer's place.
- Write orders and instructions, prepare order forms and sale orders
- Inform regular customers about new products and promotions
- Listen to and resolve service complaints
- Maintain record of each transaction and submit that in office
- Maintain proper inventory in route trailer, set up display shelves and keep everything tidy and organized
- Keep track of sold and unsold inventory. Maintain communication with Parts Manager.
- Willing to work in any kind of weather conditions.
- Basic troubleshooting and servicing of dairy milking equipment (including parlors and robots). Company and manufacture training will be provided.
- Any other required duties assigned by management.

**Qualification**:

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and follow through skills
- Exceptional Verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Strong work ethic, sense of responsibility and attention to detail and confidentiality
- Class 3 or 1A is an asset.
- Must have some previous experience in Route Truck Sales

Competitive wages are offered. Benefit package will be available after a 3 month probation period.

Salary will be based on experience and personal interview.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
