**Position Overview**:
As a Project Manager at Almac Metal Industries Ltd., you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple construction projects simultaneously. From coordinating with clients, architects, and engineers, to overseeing project execution and ensuring timely completion, your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining project quality, budget, and schedule. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and play a vital role in driving the success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project requirements and objectives.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to project timelines and financial targets.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as engineering, manufacturing, and procurement, to coordinate project activities and ensure seamless execution.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders, including clients, on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Manage change orders and variations, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with project goals.
- Identify potential project risks and develop proactive measures to minimize their impact.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project reports, including financial analysis, progress tracking, and key performance indicators, to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on metal building projects.
- Strong knowledge of self-framing and rigid frame building systems and construction methodologies.
- Strong knowledge and experience with structural steel designs.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical solutions in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- PMP certification or similar credentials are a plus.
