La Fédération des parents est à la recherche d’une personne expérimentée, dynamique et enthousiaste pour travailler au **poste de coordonnateur.trice du Child Care Resource and Referral francophone**.

Cette personne assurera la mise en place et le développement du CCRR Francophone nouvellement créé depuis le 1er septembre 2024. Elle sera responsable de la mise en œuvre du plan d’action du CCRR et encadrera l’équipe vers la réalisation des objectifs à atteindre. Elle sera responsable du budget et des rapports du projet. De plus, elle communiquera et tissera des liens avec une grande variété d’interlocuteurs, en français et en anglais.
- Les programmes Child Care Resource and Referral Francophone (CCRR) œuvre à l’amélioration de l’accessibilité des services de garde d’enfants abordables, de qualité et inclusifs. Ils établissent des relations avec les acteurs clefs du secteur des garderies pour soutenir l’avancement du Plan ChildCare BC du gouvernement de la Colombie-Britannique._

Il s’agit d’un poste **à plein temps** (35 heures par semaine) d’une durée de 3 ans, avec possibilité de renouvellement par la suite.

**Nous offrons**:

- Salaire de **33 à 37$ de l’heure** (en fonction de l’expérience);

**Les qualifications et compétences requises sont**:

- Détenir un diplôme pertinent au domaine (gestion, ressources humaines, éducation à la petite enfance, etc.);
- Avoir au moins 3 ans d’expérience en gestion;
- Posséder une bonne connaissance du milieu des garderies et de la francophonie en milieu minoritaire;
- Faire preuve de leadership, d’autonomie et d’un fort esprit d’équipe;
- Posséder une solide capacité à mener plusieurs dossiers simultanément;
- Maîtriser le français et l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.

La durée du contrat : 36 mois

Rémunération : 33,00$ à 37,00$ par heure

Heures prévues : 35 par semaine
