Vmi Manager

Position Responsibilities
- Collaborating with sales team to onboard Customers with VMI
- Introducing and presenting the VMI concept to potential customers
- Understanding the needs of customers and how the benefits of the VMI program can enhance their business.
- Analyze the available space at customers locations and create innovative floor plans that will optimize space and improve efficiencies
- Regular communication with Sales and Customer to ensure seamless replenishment and inventory management
- Using Project Management skills, managing VMI implementations on time and on budget
- Meeting customers on site at their locations anyway in South Western Ontario
- Using ERP system and additional software to manage the VMI
- Leadership and coaching, cross functional teams and coaching everyone on VMI goals and alignment
- Problem solving and innovation, finding solutions the meets customer specific needs.
- Manage large projects
- Data analysis, forecasting and reporting
- Tracking and meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Contract Management

**Education, Experience & Other Skills**
- Post Secondary Supply Chain Management or Operations (or 3 year working equivalent (preferred)
- Driver License (clean abstract - essential)
- Ability to lift 50Lbs
- Comfortable using tools
- Ability to drive or learn to drive a forklift

Responsible for delivering high quality customer service to our customers in a fun and positive work environment. Must have a working knowledge of residential HVAC, the ability to multi-task and to meet the needs of the customer while creating an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
