**Northstar Frontier Services provides remote site services; catering, housekeeping and management to remote work camps for construction, railroad, and mining projects in Canada and the United States.**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry
- Experience in logistics would be considered an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent
- General Microsoft Computer Skills
- Bilingual (French and English) would be considered an asset
- Criminal background check is conducted and paid by the employer as a condition of employment.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work with the logistics department to determine student requirements for upcoming classes
- Input employee travel information to appropriate logistics spreadsheets
- Book employee flights through an internal computerized travel program
- Continuously communicate travel information with the logistics department
- Attend meetings to collaborate with various functions to remain current with travel needs
- Communicate with employees regarding travel itineraries and questions
- Collaborate with the learning management system (LMS) department to complete training record data entry
- Provide administrative support when required
